A seven-way tie at the top
If you want the lowest taxes in Canton Jura, you aren't going to find a single winner. The top of the leaderboard is a massive seven-way tie. Right now, Courchapoix, Develier, Movelier, Muriaux, Porrentruy, Soubey, and Vendlincourt all share the exact same tax burden.
For all seven municipalities, PLZHub calculates the burden at 11.3% for a single person earning 80k (single_80k), 17.2% for a couple earning 120k (couple_120k), and 15.6% for a family earning 150k (family_150k).

This matters because it tells you exactly what kind of canton Jura is: you don't need to hunt for a hidden tax haven here. The top of the canton is flat.
The official top five
Since the top seven are identical, the top five list is essentially just the first five names in alphabetical order:
The numbers don't actually budge until you step outside of this lead group.
Delémont is still a useful anchor point to understand the canton, but it doesn't break into the top tier. The most important metric to look at is the total spread. Across the entire canton, the tax burden only runs from 11.3% to 11.8% for singles, 17.2% to 18.0% for couples, and 15.6% to 16.3% for families.
What this means for your apartment hunt
Jura is a canton where taxes matter, but they don't separate municipalities by a huge margin. Once you know which towns are in the lead group, your actual decision is going to come down to your commute, the availability of apartments, and whether you like the neighborhood.
This ranking is mostly useful for setting your expectations: don't waste your time looking for a dramatic tax outlier in Jura, because it doesn't exist.
Run the numbers before you move
PLZHub is the right tool for building a shortlist. But when it's time to actually sign a lease or buy a property, always run your exact income and deductions through the official cantonal tax calculator to get your final numbers.
